Electrolux pan washer, type EPPW-ELG

The Electrolux dishwashers are produced for the user with high demands in terms of efficiency, economy and ergonomics. The model series includes glasswashers, front loader and pass-through dishwashers, automatic basket transporters, belt dishwashers and pan washers. The pan washing machines are designed for washing gastronorm and storage containers, baking trays, pans, roasting trays and kitchen utensils. The models on this data sheet are front loaders.

OPERATION

• Four washing programs: 3, 6 and 9 minutes and a continuous washing program.

• The atmospheric boiler combined with the rinsing pump offers a perfect rinsing result in terms of quality, high rinsing water pressure and temperature, always constant at 84 ° C during the rinsing process and this is independent of the water pressure of the supplied tap water (minimum 0.5 bar ).

• The green LED of the Wash Safe Control confirms that the dishes have been rinsed with the correct temperature and pressure.

• Executed below and above with rotating wash and rinse arms and a three-sided side washing arm at half height. The EPPW-ELG is equipped with a double set of rotating washing arms.

• With the lower wash arms, it is possible to control the water pressure, which changes the balance between the lower and upper wash arms and this

can be adapted to the kitchen materials to be washed.

HYGIENE AND RELIABILITY

• Externally and internally smooth surfaces for easy cleaning.

• Wash tank with rounded corners without pipes to prevent dirt accumulation.

• The front and side panels, doors, wash tank, tank strainer and wash and rinse arms are made from high quality AISI304 stainless steel for a long service life.

• The AISI304L stainless steel boiler, welded in a protective gas environment, increases the resistance to corrosion by water with chemicals.

• The wash and rinse arms and the tank filter are easy to dismantle.

• The water inlet is equipped with an airbreak with airgap (class A) to prevent water from flowing back into the piping system due to

sudden pressure reduction.
