Electrolux front loading dishwasher, raised input, type WTU40ADPD

The Electrolux dishwashers are produced for the user with high demands in terms of efficiency, economy and ergonomics. The model series includes glasswashers, front loader and pass-through dishwashers, automatic basket transporters, belt dishwashers and pan washers. The models on this data sheet are double-walled machines with a capacity of 65 baskets per hour and equipped with increased input. This makes the WTU40 a space-saving multi-purpose dishwasher for both standard crockery and kitchen materials, but also for trays, baking trays, pizza or pancake plates.

OPERATION

• Three washing programs: program 1 with 55 sec. for slightly soiled crockery, program 2 with 90 sec. for normally soiled crockery and program 3 with 300 seconds for extra dirty crockery *.

• The interval of 4 seconds (adjustable) between the washing process and the rinsing ensures that no drops of washing water can fall on the clean dishes during the rinsing.

• The models with atmospheric boiler combined with the rinsing pump offer a perfect rinsing result in terms of quality, high rinsing water pressure and temperature, always constant at 84 ° C during the rinsing process and this is independent of the water pressure of the supplied tap water, with

a minimum of 0.5 bar.

• Model WTU40PDP, 503023, equipped with a pressure boiler guarantees quality of the rinsing through a rinsing water temperature of at least 82.5 ° C, at

supply of tap water at 50 ° C with 2 bar water pressure.

• The green LED of the Wash Safe Control (not on model 503023) confirms that the dishes have been rinsed with the correct temperature and pressure.

HYGIENE AND RELIABILITY

• The dishwashers have smoothly and internally smooth surfaces for easy cleaning.

• Large seamless deep drawn wash tank and internal space with rounded corners without pipes to prevent dirt accumulation.

• The automatic self-cleaning cycle prevents the risk of bacterial growth.

• The front and side panels, the door, the wash tank, the sieves and the wash and rinse arms are made from high quality stainless steel AISI304 for a long service life.

• The AISI304L stainless steel boiler, welded in a protective gas environment, increases the resistance to corrosion by water with chemicals.

• The water inlet is equipped with an air break (class A) (not model 503023) to prevent water from flowing back into the piping system due to a sudden pressure drop.

FLEXIBILITY AND ERGONOMICS

• Simple control panel with digital display allows adjustment of the washing and rinsing time and / or temperature on location, as well as setting the correct amount of rinse aid and soap, according to the user's wishes.

• The double-walled and insulated walls ensure a low noise level and a reduction in heat loss.

• The wash pump is equipped with soft start for extra safety when washing fragile crockery such as glassware, soft start also increases the reliability of the wash pump.

• All models are equipped with a rinse aid dosing pump as standard and are prepared for connection to external dosing equipment.

• The integrated drain pump makes the location of the drain flexible.

• Prepared for connection to a HACCP and energy management system. The optional connection 864001 is required for HACCP.
